"Neosporin in action" was conceptualized by fellow copywriter Ian Walker and myself in the copywriting course known simply as "the workshop".
The Brief: People don’t think about needing antibiotic ointment until they’re already wounded. Usually, they end up digging in a medicine cabinet for a product that isn’t there or has been expired for years. Get people to proactively buy Neosporin before it’s needed.
"Neosporin in action" shows recognizable action movie tropes using Neosporin as the secret ingredient behind their resiliency. It's the preferred first aid of the frequently injured- a title that applies to both action heroes and the everyday consumer.
